Purchased items from E-Cig.com (China location) and received entirely wrong items, including wrong amounts (I ordered/paid for their larger bottles, they sent me their smaller bottles) plus they had items missing entirely from from order. Asked nicely for the order to be rectified but they refused to acknowledge their error.
Do a search on-line (other people have posted complaints in various locations on-line.) E-Cig.com (china location) may want to realize their 100% customer satisfaction they advertised on their site would include rectifying orders that are filled inaccurately.
There are other companies worldwide (including China) who try to work with their customers and have a good reputation, I should have searched for reviews first. I learned the hard way.
